Our mission is to provide each of our clients with accurate land surveys - and to provide them on-time, every time! But, the real estate industry is continually changing! Lender requirements change. ALTA guidelines change. And the need for accurate information grows at the same time that due diligence periods shrink, putting information providers in a difficult position.

At U.S. Surveyor, we are determined to keep up with these changes! Our team members receive ongoing training and our equipment is regularly updated.
