As-Built Surveys
U.S. Surveyor provides an accurate representation of post construction conditions for all types of completed construction, some of which include shopping centers, schools, and industrial sites. These types of surveys depict the location of all existing improvements on a site, including but not limited to, buildings, parking areas, utilities, storm drainage systems, sewer disposal systems, and many other features. An As-Built survey often involves the establishment of the site's boundaries and the analysis of a title inspection report for the site. We will analyze all "exceptions" contained in the title report and depict them on our final survey.
An As-Built survey is also utilized when an architect, design engineer, or contractor is planning an expansion to an existing facility. They require exacting dimensions and measurements, both horizontally and vertically, for a proposed set of design plans. This is necessary so that new construction can match into existing construction.
